Jessica Butcher
Founder
Jessica and her husband Frank have been together since college — over sixteen years of love and a faith that has carried them through more than most people will ever know. Their rainbow baby is here. After three miscarriages, one missed miscarriage, 2 rounds of IVF and a failed transfer, Jessica knows what it means to sit in the dark and still choose to believe. Those seasons broke her open in ways she never expected — but they also built something unshakeable in her. She held onto faith that led her somewhere she never anticipated: surrogacy. And through that beautiful, unexpected path, her rainbow baby came home. Now she's living it — the sleepless nights, the belly laughs, the quiet moments of "I can't believe you're finally here." She gets to be a mom. And that changes everything about why she does this work. That's what makes this different. This isn't a business built from the outside looking in. It was born from her own journey, her own surrender, her own miracle. Amanda Konko
Founder
Amanda is co-founder behind Little Seed Match, a private surrogacy matching platform created to bring intended parents and surrogates together through trust, compassion, and genuine connection. Amanda's journey into surrogacy began in the most personal way possible — as a surrogate herself. During her own experience, she and her intended parent, Jessica, discovered how powerful true connection and understanding could be. Together, they recognized a need for a more personal and supportive approach to surrogacy matching, and from that shared journey, Little Seed Match was born. Built from compassion and real experience, Little Seed Match provides a safe and welcoming space for surrogates and intended parents to meet, connect, and begin their journeys with confidence and care. Amanda's mission is to ensure that every match is built on honesty, empathy, and mutual respect — because every path to parenthood is unique and deeply meaningful. A firm believer in faith, family, and purpose, Amanda finds joy in spending time with her husband and their three boys. When she's not helping others build families, she enjoys quiet moments at home, outdoor adventures, and connecting with the incredible community that continues to inspire her every day. Gennelle Miles
Doula/Midwife
Birth Work is not just a job; it's a calling. It's about Empowering women, supporting families, and witnessing the miracle of birth. That is why Gennelle Miles began Sweet Miracles Childbirth Services. As a dedicated doula/midwife in training, Gennelle has spent countless hours studying the transformative experiences of childbirth. Her commitment to providing compassionate evidence based care has earned her a reputation as a trusted support system and a lifelong friend. Growing up in a community with strong Christian values, Gennelle grew to love nurturing those around her. Her desire to make a positive impact on the world grew and reflected itself in the lives of her 6 children. After gaining 20 years of experience, she guided her oldest daughter with the birth of her first grandson, which inspired her to explore further into her calling. Driven by her passion Gennelle invested in books and research and also enrolled herself in classes to further her knowledge and skills. She actively seeks opportunities to collaborate with experienced midwives, gaining hands-on experience and learning from others expertise. She continues to build friendships and community while providing for the families who are blessed to have her unwavering support in their most vulnerable and precious moments welcoming their Sweet Miracles into the world.
