After her third loss, Jessica felt completely broken. Her body was exhausted, her spirit was weary, and she knew she needed to step back from her patients and find someone to carry on her work while she healed. She prayed for direction — and as always, God's timing was perfect.

That's when Amanda appeared. She wasn't searching for a job; in fact, she had no plans to leave where she was. But through a friend's referral, her name landed in Jessica's inbox.
